About me

Growing up Polish and Vietnamese, it was hard for me to define my identity; I was born in Poland and moved to Vietnam at 11. From there, I graduated and went to university in the UK and worked for over 5 years in London. During my time in the city, living through a recession and a global pandemic during my early 20s, I started to re-evaluate my life and my purpose. I've always had a longing and need to share my experiences, the intricacies of growing up across 2 continents and the complexity of defining myself, my home and my culture. In order to fit in and what I attribute my resilience to, is that I've been able to connect with people and find common ground. Coffee is definitely one of the key vessels that brings people together, literally and figuratively. This is why I wanted to start my own coffee company and introduce a new philosophy, share my culture and represent Vietnam; within its full beauty and rich culture.
