New Coffee Philosophy
At 96 Coffee, we are dedicated to providing our customers with exceptional coffee experiences; each cup of 96 Coffee tells a story and introduces a new experience with each brew. Let us introduce you to these new rituals and a new philosophy that will elevate your daily routine. We want everyone to take time for each brew, listen to our brewing playlist (96 Warm Tunes) and be transported to another place. We encourage you to practice meditation and mindfulness; to see life from a new perspective. Our coffee experience is not “quick and convenient”; using our traditional Vietnamese phin coffee filter, you are immersed in a new ritual and must take the time to brew the perfect cup. Our philosophy comes from the rich culture of Vietnam and the regional Ede people, who brew coffee as a gift of nature and give it respect and attention. Family Plantation
Family Plantation - 96 coffee operates on the basis of single-origin coffee from a family plantation in the heart of the hills of Vietnam - Buon Ma Thuot, in the Dak Lak region.
Robusta grows at an altitude of 750m above sea level and Arabica grows higher in the Mang Den district, over 1200m above sea level. Coffee is cultivated by the people of Ede, who
is strongly connected to the region and they treat coffee as a gift of nature - taking care of it, the soil and the general condition of the nature around it.
Selected grain
Selected beans - each bean is picked by hand when it is fully ripe, which means that the final coffee will be slightly sweet (by nature) and
will gain a rich bouquet of flavors during roasting. Each bean will be evenly roasted and provide a perfect brew in every cup.

Fresh coffee goes into the container - freshly picked beans are packed in 60kg jute bags and packed into a tight container that sails from the port in HCMC
from the south of Vietnam straight to Europe via Hamburg to our roastery in Silesia.

We roast in small quantities according to orders - our roastery guarantees the freshness of the coffee, we roast the beans in small quantities every month or
up to 2x a month depending on the number of orders for you at home, in the office, hotel or catering industry!
