The Journey of the Seeds

It all starts here!

Our coffee trees bloom in clusters of white flowers that smell of sweet jasmine. After years of care and thanks to our fertile soil, the trees grow to over 2 meters high!

Fructification

This is exactly what our fruiting branches of trees look like. The coffee tree bears fruit only once a year. At first, our coffee "cherries" look green and are quite hard, after some time and in full sun and rain they change color to dark red. This is a sign that the fruit is ripe!

Collections

In our Buôn Ma Thuột region, the coffee harvest falls in October. In our plantation, we pick the cherries by hand and only those that are completely ripe (dark red)

Ripe coffee fruit

This is what ripe coffee cherries look like - they are sweet in taste and refreshingly sour, and totally edible! By picking only ripe cherries, we guarantee the best coffee flavor and even roasting of each bean.

Raw grain

Each cherry has 2 coffee beans inside, the green beans are glued together and covered with a sweet fruit coating.

Naturally processed grains

This is what our beans look like, naturally dried in the warm climate of Central Vietnam. During the roasting process (from 130 degrees C), the beans swell and develop a chocolate-nutty flavor.

"Honey" Robusta beans

Our Robusta beans are “honey processed,” meaning the beans are stripped of their pulp and left to dry along with the sweet outer layer left from the cherries. This “juicy honey” makes our coffee taste sweet and fruity, imparting flavors of apricot and caramel.

The beans are packed for shipment to our roastery in Poland!

We pack the processed, ready-to-roast beans in 60kg bags and send them straight to our local roastery in Southern Poland for the freshest flavour and aroma - freshly packed for you!
