Thanks to this method, coffee has a naturally sweet, mild taste that perfectly matches the honey aroma, creating a subtle harmony of scents. Literally the best Robusta I have tasted in years. Nutty flavour with a hint of toffee definitely comes through. I’ve drank if filtered, from an espresso machine, brewed, on ice and it always came through for me.
