Authentic, full-bodied specialty Robusta. Characterized by a deep chocolate flavor and great strength (containing twice the caffeine of Arabica) – one coffee is as powerful as two.
Our Robusta comes from the Dak Lak region in Vietnam—one of the most renowned coffee-growing areas. Thanks to its unique and highly mineralized volcanic soil, our coffee trees grow in ideal conditions. Its flavor profile is characterized by strong chocolate and a distinct sweetness, almost caramel or honey, which is characteristic of the semi-wet "Honey" method, which means we leave a coating of sweet coffee fruit pulp on the bean during drying, preserving the coffee's natural sweetness until the infusion in the cup. Robusta's bitterness, intense crema, and rich body are balanced by natural sweetness.
