Terms of Delivery and Order Fulfillment

At 96 Coffee , operated by 96 Company , we strive to fulfill your order as quickly and conveniently as possible. Below are details about order fulfillment and product delivery.
1. Placing orders
1.1. Orders can be placed in our online store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
1.2. To place an order, select the products you are interested in, add them to your cart and follow the instructions on the store website.
1.3. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and providing payment and delivery details.
1.4. The sales contract is concluded when you receive an e-mail confirming your order.
2. Order processing time
2.1. Order processing time is usually 1 to 2 business days from the moment payment is received.
2.2. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., stock shortages, holiday periods, sales), delivery times may be longer. In such cases, we will inform you of any delays.
3. Payment methods
3.1. At 96 Coffee we offer the following payment methods:
- Online payments via payment systems (e.g. Stripe, Klarna, Tpay, Google Pay, BLIK),
- Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard)
3.2. Payment must be made in full before your order is shipped.
4. Delivery
4.1. 96 Coffee works with reputable courier companies to ensure fast and safe delivery of your products.
4.2. Deliveries are made within Poland. If you wish to ship abroad, please contact us in advance.
4.3. Available delivery methods:
- Courier (delivery time: 1-2 business days),
- InPost parcel lockers (delivery time: 1 business day),
4.4. Shipping costs depend on the selected shipping method and are displayed during ordering. These costs may vary depending on the order value and any promotions offered by the store.
5. Free delivery
5.1. The 96 Coffee store offers free delivery within Poland for orders over 1 kg of coffee.
5.2. Information about free delivery will be automatically included when placing an order if the value of the basket meets the required amount.
6. Receiving your order
6.1. Once your order has been completed and dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and estimated delivery time.
6.2. When receiving your shipment from the courier or parcel locker, please check the packaging for damage. If any damage is found, we recommend completing a damage report in the presence of the courier and contacting us immediately at hello@1996coffee.com
7. Delivery problems
7.1. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the customer's fault (e.g. providing an incorrect address, failure to collect the shipment), we reserve the right to re-deliver the shipment at the customer's expense.
7.2. If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service department.
8. Order changes and cancellations
8.1. You can cancel or change your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. To do so, please contact our customer service department immediately: hello@1996coffee.com
8.2. If you cancel your order before shipping, we will issue a full refund. Once shipped, you cannot cancel your order, but you may exercise your right of withdrawal.
9. Returns and complaints
9.1. You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days of receipt. Details regarding returns can be found in our "Returns" section.

10. Additional information
10.1. Prices listed in the store are gross prices and include VAT.
10.2. During the order fulfillment process, situations may arise where some products are unavailable. In such cases, we will contact you to determine whether you would like to amend your order or issue a refund for the missing items.
