1. General Provisions

1.1. These Regulations are addressed to both consumers and entrepreneurs using the online store. 

1.2. The Seller is the administrator of personal data processed in the online store in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations.

2. Definitions

  • Business Day – one day from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Registration Form – a form available in the online store enabling the creation of an Account.

  • Order Form – a form enabling the placement of an Order.

  • Account – a customer account in the store, containing data provided by the Customer and the history of placed Orders.

  • Customer – a natural person, legal person, or organizational unit using the online store.

  • Seller – 96 COFFEE COMPANY - BARBARA VU THIEN, operating the online store at 1996coffee.com.

  • Sales Agreement – a product sales agreement concluded between the Customer and the Seller via the online store.

  • Order – a declaration of will by the Customer aiming to conclude a Sales Agreement.

4. Technical Requirements

To use the online store, the following are necessary:

  • A device with Internet access.

  • A web browser that supports cookies.

5. General Information

5.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Seller is not liable for disruptions, including interruptions, in the operation of the online store caused by force majeure, unauthorized actions of third parties, or incompatibility of the online store with the Customer's technical infrastructure.

5.2. Browsing the store's assortment does not require registration. Placing orders for Products available in the store's assortment is possible after registration in accordance with the provisions of § 6 of the Regulations.

6. Rules for Placing an Order

To place an Order, you must:

  • Log in to the store.

  • Select the Product that is the subject of the Order.

  • Choose the delivery and payment method.

  • Confirm the order.

7. Offered Delivery and Payment Methods

7.1. The Customer can use the following delivery methods:

  • Courier delivery

  • InPost parcel locker delivery

  • Personal pickup at: Bielska 206, 43-400 Cieszyn 

7.2. The Customer can use the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer to the Seller's account.

  • Electronic payments.

  • Credit card payment.

8. Execution of the Sales Agreement

8.1. The conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller takes place after the Customer has placed an Order using the Order Form.

8.2. After placing the Order, the Seller immediately confirms its receipt and accepts the Order for processing.

9. Right of Withdrawal

9.1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

9.2. The period for withdrawal from the Agreement begins on the day the Product is delivered to the Customer.

10. Complaints and Warranty

10.1. New Products are covered by the Sales Agreement.

10.2. In the event of a defect in a product purchased from the Seller, the Customer has the right to file a complaint based on the provisions regarding warranty in the civil code.

11. Personal Data in the Online Store

11.1. The Seller is the administrator of personal data of Customers collected via the online store.
