Rocznie to 22 500 min — 47 pełnych dni roboczych.
Wyższy koszt filiżanki to wybór jakości: specialty, świeże palenie i 2× wyższa zawartość kofeiny w robuście 96 Coffee.

We invite you to coffee tastings, cupping, and conversations at our coffee center:

Opening hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mon-Fri.

We invite you on a coffee journey
In Central Vietnam, in the Dak Lak region, on volcanic soil rich in minerals, and in a warm, tropical climate, our Robusta and Arabica coffee grows at altitudes ranging from 750m to 1200m above sea level.

Hand harvesting takes place once a year.
In Vietnam, the coffee harvest lasts from October to February of the following year. We carefully select fully ripe, red, and juicy coffee cherries to ensure the coffee in your cup is full of complex flavors and aromas. Coffee cherries do not ripen at the same time, and often, depending on the weather, harvesting lasts from 1-3 weeks. Manual harvesting guarantees only quality coffee and a careful selection process, and this is what distinguishes us from generally available/commercial coffees.

The finished grain is packed into jute bags.
The collected and selected beans are dried and processed in three ways: natural, honey, and washed. Depending on the desired flavors and what our coffee needs, after 1-2 months of drying, we package the beans and go through another quality control process before shipping containers of coffee to the EU. This is a crucial element in coffee production and ensuring quality at the processing stage in the country of origin.

We roast locally, in small quantities
The entire production process, from Vietnam to Poland, from coffee trees on the plantation to roasting beans in the roastery – is in our hands. No other roastery in Poland has such resources. We bypass intermediaries and separate organizations, taking full responsibility for the entire production chain. We guarantee quality at every stage and put a lot of effort and 100% attention to ensure that both the beans and the coffee in your cup always meet our high standards. Each package is hand-packed by our team; the packaging is also imported from Vietnam as a seal of our roots.
