It all starts here
Our coffee trees bloom in clusters of white flowers that smell of sweet jasmine. After years of care and thanks to our fertile soil, the trees grow to over 2 meters high!

Fruiting (February - March)
The coffee plant fruits only once a year. Initially, our "cherries" – the coffee fruits – are green and hard to the touch. Over time, with full sun and rainfall, they change colour to dark red and ripen. This is a sign that the fruits are ready for harvest and their flavours are fully developed.

Collections (October - February)
In our region, Buôn Ma Thuột and Dak Lak, coffee cherry harvesting begins in October. On our plantation, we hand-pick only fully ripe (dark red) coffee cherries. Many producers do not sort their harvests so carefully – and underripe or rotten cherries end up in the coffee bag, meaning the bean can have many defects and taste very bitter or chemical in the cup.

Ripe coffee fruit
This is what ripe coffee cherries look like - they are sweet and refreshingly tart, and totally edible! By picking only ripe fruits, we guarantee the best coffee flavor and even roasting of each bean.

Green coffee beans
Each coffee fruit contains 2 coffee beans; these green beans are fused together and covered with a sweet fruit pulp. Our Robusta Honey is processed with the fruit pulp still coating the beans to give the coffee a more developed flavour.

Naturally processed grain
This is what our beans look like, dried in the warm climate of Central Vietnam and under strict supervision on anti-gravity tables to prevent mold or undesirable complications during drying. Drying takes 1-3 months.

"Honey" Robusta beans
Our Robusta beans are "honey processed". This time-consuming process makes our coffee taste sweet and enhances Robusta's dessert flavors like chocolate and nuts. With a carefully crafted roasting recipe, there's even a hint of caramel in every cup.

The coffee bean is packed for shipment to our roastery in Poland!
We pack the processed beans, ready for roasting, into 60kg bags and send them straight to our local roastery in Southern Poland to achieve the freshest taste and aroma – freshly packed for you!
Quick Q&A
What's the logistical minimum?
For raw coffee bean orders, the minimum is 60kg (a bag of coffee), but if we already have an open bag in the roastery, there is an option to purchase even from 1kg *only if the bag is already open
What is the estimated delivery time?
For orders placed by noon on a given day, assuming a minimum of 60kg of beans and our stock in the Cieszyn warehouse, we fulfill orders within 2-3 business days* in Poland (deliveries outside PL and EU may take longer, from 5 days)
What are the grain safeguards during delivery and packaging?
The beans are stored in a dry and cool warehouse on-site at our coffee center, additionally protected by Grain Pro film before being packed into jute bags. This provides additional protection against UV rays, humidity, and undesirable external odors that can affect the taste and quality of the coffee.
