It all starts here

Our coffee trees bloom and smell of sweet jasmine, attracting plenty of pollinating bees. Our trees are up to 30 years old and grow up to 2 meters tall!

Bearing fruit

This is what our coffee tree fruit bunches look like. The trees yield fruit once a year - this is when the main harvest comes in. The cherries start off green and turn a deep red colour when ripe.

The harvest

We hand pick our ripest cherry fruits and get ready for processing: washing the pulp off to extract the beans and using the natural drying method to process beans before we roast & pack for you to brew!

Red ripe cherries

Once the cherries ripen, the fruit tastes sweet and is totally edible! This ensures our beans carry a deep and slightly sweet flavour.

Our raw bean

Each cherry carries 2 beans inside, the green seeds are joined flat together, and covered in a sweet juicy coat from the fruit pulp.

Washed beans

These are our naturally dried processed beans: ready for roasting and to be consumed in your daily brew. These will shrink in size with heat and roast processing, but will be packed with flavour!

Honey processed beans

Our Robusta beans are 'honey processed': meaning the beans are de-pulped and laid out to dry with the slimy outer layer (called mucilage) remaining. This "juicy coat" as we like to call it: is what makes our coffee taste sweet & fruity, giving an apricot and caramel taste.

Beans are packed & shipped to our local roasters in Poland!

We pack our beans in 60kg bags, seal them tight and ship straight to Poland to our local roasters for maximum freshness & flavour!
