We invite you on a coffee journey
In Central Vietnam, the Dak Lak region, our Robusta and Arabica coffees grow on volcanic soil rich in minerals in a warm and tropical climate at altitudes ranging from 750 to 1,200 meters above sea level.

Hand harvesting takes place once a year.
In Vietnam, coffee harvesting lasts from October to February of the following year. We carefully select fully ripe, red, and juicy coffee cherries to ensure the coffee in your cup is full of complex flavors and aromas. Coffee cherries don't all ripen at the same time, and depending on the weather, harvesting often takes 1-3 weeks. Hand-harvesting guarantees only high-quality coffee and a careful selection process, and this is precisely what sets us apart from commonly available/commercial coffees.

The finished grain is packed into jute bags.
We dry and process the harvested and selected beans in three ways: natural, honey, and washed. Depending on the desired flavors and the needs of our coffee, after 1-2 months of drying, we package the beans and go through another quality control process before shipping the containers to the EU. This is a key element of coffee production and quality assurance during processing in the country of origin.

We roast locally, in small quantities
The entire production process, from Vietnam to Poland, from the coffee trees on the plantation to the roasting of the beans in the roastery, is in our hands. No other roastery in Poland has such resources. We bypass intermediaries and separate organizations, and we are fully responsible for the entire production chain. We guarantee quality at every stage and put a lot of effort and 100% attention to ensuring that both the beans and the coffee in the cup always meet our high standards. Each package is hand-packed by our team, and the packaging is also imported from Vietnam as a seal of our roots.

A Word From the Owner
New Coffee Philosophy
At 96 Coffee, we believe that coffee is a gift from nature. Our story begins in the volcanic soil of the Dak Lak and Gia Lai regions of Vietnam.
As the only roastery in Poland, we operate on a tree-to-cup model. We eliminate intermediaries, exchanges, and randomness.
What does this mean for you?
