The New Philosophy of Coffee - What Does It Mean?
Coffee without intermediaries - straight from our plantation to you. From Tree to Cup.
We are the only coffee producer in Poland where we can control the quality and process at every step, from the coffee tree to each pack of coffee – we know exactly how everything works. We maintain high standards of production and harvesting at the plantation in Vietnam, right up to the last element of the sales chain in our logistics center in Cieszyn. For us, coffee is not just an ordinary beverage; it's a new philosophy, a gift of nature, and a ritual.
96 Coffee is true coffee from a family plantation in Vietnam. The coffee is perfectly suited for espresso machines, moka pots, French Press, V60, Chemex, and of course... in our Vietnamese Phin. The main character of our coffees is Robusta, a small bean with great power and full flavor - it is perfectly balanced with Arabica to achieve a well-rounded taste and guarantees 0 acidity. Robusta imparts dessert flavors to the coffee, such as chocolate, nuts, and caramel. Thanks to careful roasting and selection of beans already at the coffee tree stage, we deliver these flavors in every cup. Our plantation's production is over 90% Robusta, so Arabica is truly a limited product, only 1-2 tons per year, hence our 100% Arabica is a very limited product.
From a natural plantation in the fascinating Đăk Lăk region of Vietnam. Through an intimate roastery in southern Poland. Our beans are hand-picked, sorted, and Rainforest Alliance certified. We care about the environment, our farmers, and our mission is sustainable development; we educate about the hard work of farmers, all stages of production, and we are transparent. When you buy from us - you know where your coffee comes from.
Single-origin coffee is coffee from one region, with a precisely mapped supply chain. Our coffee ripens in ideal natural conditions, which guarantees a depth of flavor. Imagine a hillside full of green, lush flora and characteristic, incredibly fertile volcanic soil. Picturesque waterfalls from which pure mountain water flows. Air warmed by a tropical climate. These are the ideal conditions in which our beans mature.
Discover the surroundings of the Đăk Lăk region. As many as 44 ethnic groups live in this exciting region. Each has its unique culture, history, and customs. Among them are the Ede people – who have inhabited the Đăk Lăk hills for hundreds of years. Representatives of this group are spiritually connected to their land, which is why they treat coffee beans as sacred gifts from nature.
We also apply the same philosophy, treating every bean as a gift of nature and caring for every element around it.
